The General Secretary of the AIADMK Ms. Jayalalithaa will begin her campaign for the ensuing elections to the Tamil Nadu assembly from Tiruchi on the 24th of this month. She will go on a whirlwind tour for 18 days till the 11th of April canvassing mass support for the candidates of AIADMK and its alliance parties.

According to a party headquarters press release, Ms Jayalalithaa will campaign in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for candidates of the AIADMK-led alliance contesting in the elections scheduled on the 13th of April.

Ms Jayalalithaa, who will begin her campaign from the Maambazhasalai in Tiruchy on Thursday, the 24th will gather support at Periyar Nagar, Veerashwaram, Raghavendra Arch, Theppakulam Street corner, Mela Chithirai Street, Keezha Adayavalanjan Street, Gandhi Road (near Devi Theatre), Nelson Road (Tirunagar Corner), Chennai Main Road, Tiruvaanai Kovil Sannidhi Street, Nadukondayanpettai, Annasalai, Marakadai MGR Statue and Paalakarai.

On the 25th she will speak at Tiruchy Kirapatti Edamalaipatti Pudhur, Manikandam Union Office, Alundur, Suravalipatti, Channasipatti, Inaam Kulaththur, Alampatti Pudhur, Maavanoor, Chaththirappatti, Navaloor, Kuttapattu, Ramji Nagar Mill Gate, Dheeran Nagar and Karumandapam.

On the 26th of this month, she will campaign at Tiruchy Kammarasampettai Alloor, Giyapuram, Tiruparayathurai, Kavalkaaran Palayam, Pettavaaithalai, Periya Karuppur, Koppu, Poosampatti, Keerikalmedu, Pallakaadu (Kaikaati), Aadhavaththur, Somarasampettai, Alliththurai and Poonganoor.

On the 3rd she will be campaigning at Thenkasi, Sivakasi, Tuticorin and Madurai.

On the 4th she will seek the support of the people at Aandipatti, Bodinayakanur and Natham.

On the 5th she will be campaigning at Mudhukulathur, Ramanathapuram, Paramakudi, Kaaraikudi, Madurai and Coimbatore.

On the 6th she will be gathering support at Ooty and Pollachi.

On the 7th she will be campaigning at Tirupur, Erode and Gopichettipalayam.

On the 8th she will garner support at Naamakkal, Sangagiri, Ayodhiyapattinam and Salem.

On the 9th she will seek the support of the people at Kaarimangalam, Krishnagiri and Hosur.

On the 13th day of her campaign on the 5th of April Ms Jayalalithaa will campaign from Madurai to Mudhukulathur to Paramakudi to Karaikudi to Madurai to Coimbatore.
